The following agreement applies exclusively to the aforementioned promotion and all participants in the promotion are deemed to have read, understood and accepted same:

Eligibility

1. This promotion is valid only in Ghana and participation in the promotion is restricted to persons who are legally resident in Ghana.

2. Employees and family members of employees of PZ Cussons, Distributors and Stockists of PZ Cussons, Retailers of PZ Cussons Products, Wholesalers, all PZ Cussons Agencies and all other suppliers and third parties directly involved with the facilitation of this promotion will not be eligible to participate in the promotion.

3. Winners must have a valid passport with not less than 6 months to expiry by the date of travel and must provide passport details to PZ Cussons by 31^st June, 2021, together with yellow fever vaccination card (International) as proof of yellow fever vaccination. If Passport details are not received by the stated date, Winners will forfeit their prize.

4. It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your travel documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies immediately.

Travel Period

1. This is a group travel package which will be in September 2021.

2. PZ Cussons reserves the right to change the date of the travel period should it deem this to be necessary and will notify the winners should the dates change.

3. If a winner is unable to travel on the stated date they will automatically forfeit their prize. PZ Cussons will not accept responsibility for any winner who is unable to travel on the travel date.

4. Any winner or winner’s partner who tests positive for Covid – 19 at the time of travel will automatically forfeit their prize as travel will not be possible while infected with Covid-19.

5. Duration of the trip will be 5 days. Winners cannot extend the trip duration or amend it in any way.

Winning Package

The winning package details include:

· Airline tickets for Winner and partner (Tickets are not transferable or exchangeable for cash)

· Visa Fees payment

· Covid – 19 test fee payment

· Airport pickup and drop off

· Bed, breakfast, lunch and Dinner for 5 days

· Winners will share a hotel room with their chosen partner

· Tour package

Trip Details

· Winners will be required to attend a debriefing session before the trip

· Winners and their partners must check in at the Airport at the stated time.

• Winners cannot opt out of any of the tour packages or activities
• Passport of Winners will be held for safekeeping by a PZ Cussons representative and returned to winners after the trip

Use of Personal Data

1. The winners of each of the Prizes may be required to take part in publicity. This may include photographs, participation in press conferences, interviews and written and spoken material, all of which may be used by PZ Cussons as it deems fit. By entering the Promotion, you agree to the use of your name and image by PZ Cussons for such publicity purposes.

2. All participants also agree in participating in the trip to the use by PZ Cussons of their names, pictures, video footage, photographs, images, television appearances, interviews, recorded, written and spoken material in which he/she appears, makes or gives, for the use of all promotional and publicity purposes for which the promotion is intended, in such a manner and for such a period as PZ Cussons deems fit.

3. All participants agree and accept that all rights in any such photographs, films or recordings belong to PZ Cussons, against which no claim shall lie for its use without limit of time.

4. All ownership and intellectual property rights in the footage and visuals taken of any participant, his/her family and surrounding onlookers is and shall at all times remain the sole property of PZ Cussons.

5. Use of the materials stated above shall be at PZ Cussons’ discretion and PZ Cussons shall be entitled to disclose any of the participant’s details for administering the promotion, marketing and research-related activities, fraud prevention and such other purposes as may be provided in the terms and conditions herein, and within the law.

Disqualification and Termination

1. PZ Cussons reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse to allow a participant to redeem his/her prize upon the following:

a. Detection of fraud or attempted fraud relating to the participant; or

b. Any attempt to disrupt, tamper with or unfairly influence the Promotion, or its operation, by a Participant or

c. Breach of any of our terms and conditions; or

d. Such illegal circumstance as may be determined by PZ Cussons.

2. If participation in the trip is terminated under any of the circumstances set out above, the participant will lose the right to redeem his/her prize and the same will be deemed to have been forfeited. In addition, PZ Cussons reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as it deems necessary, to recover damages and other expenses incurred in pursuing such action.

Natural Disasters and Force Majeure

1. In the event of the occurrence of any unforeseeable event or circumstance that is beyond the reasonable control of PZ Cussons, including but not limited to extreme weather events, terrorism, war or hostilities, strikes, Government action or imposition of sanctions or any Covid-19 related causes, PZ Cussons reserves the right to postpone or alternatively cancel the trip as the circumstance will require.

2. In the event of the above, PZ Cussons may offer a consolation prize as it deems appropriate

3. Winners who however opt out, due to fear or personal restrictions from any of the afor-mentioned causes or other unnamed causes will not be entitled to compensation or consolation from PZ Cussons.

4. PZ Cussons assures all participants that safety will remain paramount before and during the trip. As such, where necessary adjustments may be made to the trip and tour plans in the best interest of winners and the company.
